Of Autumn Color and Creepy Houses

I'm such a nut for this Holiday! Not so much for all the creepiness, I'm a horror/dark fantasy/cosplay type year round, but because of the Celtic version of October 31...Samhain. The old customs associated with Samhain are so deeply entwined in life, death and divination and are so deeply moving on a spiritual level. And when it is time to lighten the mood, NOTHING beats a roaring bonfire with people hiding behind costumes and doing things they hope don't show up on Facebook.
